Too busy to shop or collect?

We also will collect and drop off your chosen outfits to your event venue or your home for an additional, separate charge payable in advance.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book a styling session?

To book a styling session, simply contact us through our website and leave your details and we will call you back within 24 hours to arrange a time for the initial Zoom call consultation.  This usually takes 15-30 minutes depending on the client needs. Once we have decided to go ahead, a face to face meeting takes place for a more detailed discussion this takes up to an hour. 

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy please notify your stylist 48 hours beforehand, if you cannot make the appointment. We all know things don't always go to plan!

A deposit of €100 applies to the Personal Styling Day (the shopping day) and full payment is required 24 hours before the day of the appointment.

What should I expect from a personal shopping appointment?

During a personal shopping appointment, expect a relaxed, enjoyable experience where we present curated selections based on your preferences and budget.  

Can you help me style an outfit for a specific event?
Absolutely! Our Event Styling service is designed to help you find the perfect outfit for any occasion, ensuring you feel confident and look great.

Can I get my items collected and dropped off to the venue or my home?

Know the item already? Do not have time to collect your garments?  If they require alterations or if you have ordered a different size and had to wait for it to be delivered to the store, these can dropped to your house or venue. 

This requires 48 hours notice and is charged according to distance and time.

A surprise gift required but, don't have time to collect it?

You can choose it and purchase the item we will collect it on your behalf!  This service is at an additional amount.  

This service requires at least 24 hours notice and is charged according to distance and time.

Payment Information

Each styling hour is charged at €50.00 and will usually start at 10am (at the shopping location) and we aim to finish by 4pm latest and where possible.  A lunch break is included.  If you wish to have a lunch booked for you at your favourite restaurant or cafe, just let us know. 

Terms and Conditions

Shopping Style Day:  A deposit applies.  €100.00 which is non refundable in the case of a cancellation on or less than 48 hours before the day.
